I'm Duy, a Mechanical Engineering & Computing Technology graduate from the University of Ottawa's bilingual program. I apply my technical knowledge across design, manufacturing, testing, and quality to solve problems in the most efficient way possible.

A closer look at my background.
On the mechanical side, my toolkit centers on SolidWorks, MATLAB, and hands-on manufacturing knowledge. On the programming side, I work mainly in Python, C++, and Java, which lets me pair a mechanical design with the code that actually runs it.
Over five years, I've worked on university projects ranging from an early SolidWorks build like a toy helicopter to my capstone project, a tire lifting machine for MTS Systems Corporation's ground vehicle testing equipment. Alongside my mechanical work, I built an online tutoring appointment management system, reflecting the computing technology side of my degree. I'm just as comfortable at a CAD workstation as I am at a milling machine or writing the code that makes a system run on its own.
